No headersThe purpose of this post-mortem is to identify problems with the Itasca release.
It should answer these three questions:
- How did we screw up?
- Was the screw up avoidable?
- What can we do to avoid making the same mistakes in the future?
The post-mortem can focus on specific bugs, or general failures in the engineering process.
